Of Eurasian descent with a truly international background, Angela has worked in New York, Los Angeles, and France, and is now based in Singapore. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, she brings both culinary knowledge and on-screen presence to every project.

Some of her notable accomplishments include being an exclusive member of the Bocuse d’Or family and serving as the official English host of the Bocuse d’Or and World Pastry Cup for seven consecutive years. Angela is also the brand ambassador for DHM, which led to the opening of the first restaurant worldwide under her name, Angela May Food Chapters. She has hosted over 100 high-profile events, including the Kia Motorshow 2020, Media Launch of Shake Shack, and Solaris Grand Opening.
