About Jason

Best known for his breakout roles in the international TV series Animorphs and Paradise Falls, Jason Godfrey is a Canadian-Filipino actor, presenter, writer, and environmental advocate whose versatility spans television, modelling, live hosting, and journalism.

Jason first trained in theatre and acting at the University of Waterloo before beginning his career in North America. After early screen roles, he spent nearly a decade modelling internationally, fronting major campaigns and appearing in dozens of commercials, including a notable spot with George Clooney for Mercedes in 2012.

Returning to acting, Jason quickly established himself in Singapore’s entertainment landscape with roles in Mata Mata (2013), The Hush (2016), Left Behind (2016), and BRA (2017). He later continued to grow his TV portfolio with a recurring role as James Shelley in Mediacorp Channel 5’s long-running drama KIN and Tommy Wong in Provocative (2025). As a television presenter, Jason’s on-screen charisma has made him a familiar face across top international networks including National Geographic, FOX, E! News Asia, Asia’s Next Top Model, and Life Inspired. He has hosted two seasons of the quirky travel show TEN, the award-nominated Jason Down Under, years of luxury coverage at Baselworld in Switzerland, along with food adventures on Savour Australia, and the acclaimed documentary series Trash Trail. He is also an experienced live host, helming events for brands and institutions such as Marina Bay Sands and Miss Universe.
